Overview
OrgChart users can access multiple accounts hosted on the same server using the same credentials. This is called multi-tenant access.
The following article provides step-by-step instructions for configuring multi-tenant access.
The following section provides instructions for manually adding a new user to an OrgChart account.
Configuring Multi-Tenant Access
A user with multi-tenant access must exist as a user in the Account Settings: Manage Users panel of each OrgChart account that they need to access.

Manually Creating a New User
Log in to OrgChart.
Click on the Mode Switcher icon in the Top Toolbar, and then select the Setup option. The Setup panel is displayed.
Click on the Account Settings tile, and then click on the Manage Users tab.
Click on the green Create User button in the top left corner. The New User panel is displayed.
Enter the following information into the corresponding text boxes:
User ID - ID of the user. Generally, the user's PersonID or email address.
Email Address - Valid email address of the user.
Note
The email address for the user must be the same in each of the OrgChart accounts that they need to access.
Click on the Role dropdown menu, and then select the Role Type the user should have when logged into the current account.
Click on the Group dropdown menu, and then select the Access Group the user should have when logged into the current account.
Click on Create. The following message is displayed:
Click on Yes. This user is added to the current organization as a delegated user.
Note
A delegated user's email and userID cannot be modified.
Signing-In with Multi-Tenant Access
Once a user (with the same email address) exists in more than one OrgChart account on the same server, they will have the option to select which OrgChart account they want to access upon sign-in.
